Shrinkwrap with shrink bands, neckbands, full-body sleeves, shrink films in the tunnel; alternatively, it can also be used as drying or curing tunnel. The tunnel has a 28 ”L X 18 ”W X 12 ”H chamber that can accommodate products of varied sizes and has a conveyor speed of 95 feet per minute (FPM). Fully re-circulating air system and live roller conveyor ensure uniform shrinking of films that will result in better shape forming, snug fit of shrink bands, and overall aesthetic appeal of products. AC variable speed drive, variable air velocity control, and digital temperature control allow operators to get the preferred settings to achieve optimum shrink results in different applications. Locking casters with leveling pads help with the mobility and stability of the machine.
