This SealerSales WNS-450 Impulse Sealer has the function of an automatic sealer and a set up of a foot-operated sealer. The sealing and congealing time are electronically controlled, so consistency can be maintained. All the different variables such as pressure and timing that affect the appearance of the seal are eliminated. The WNS-450 is ideal for high volume poly bag and other thermoplastic sealing, and is capable of sealing 15-20 seals/minute. This sealer allows you to keep both hands free for quicker and more accurate sealing. The unit operates on impulse sealing and is controlled by circuit board. Once correct settings have been established, consistent seals will be maintained automatically. The larger electromagnet allows continuous operation for heavy duty applications.

- Operation:
Set the sealing (heat) and congealing (cool) settings. Insert material between the sealing jaws and press the foot pedal switch to activate the sealer. The sealing will go through the sealing and congealing process. The sealing jaw opens automatically when sealing is complete. (Semi-automatic operation - Sealing time and congealing time are electronically controlled for consistency to be maintained.)
