Cool stapler, even if you are not a big fan of jewels

As a stapler it is a perfectly functional one. Uses normal pins and easily staples upto 10 sheets. No problem with repeated office use, so far no skips or jams. The biggest plus is the jewel sheet that comes with staple. If you have girls in the house the would love it. It is good for their art work box. There is ample variety and count to come up with lot of variation to decorate the staple. You could use any normal sticker to decorate too or use the jewel sticker for other art project too. It is not designed specifically for the stapler. It is just a sheet of jewels. But for what it is supposed to do, it does remarkably.

Love this simple idea -- a stapler with bling!

I am a pretty plain jane person for the most part. I wear the same shoes and clothes everyday -- not a fashionista by any means. But I have boys in school and things I need like the stapler, scissors and my good pen keep disappearing. I was tired of looking for the stapler all over the house, so now I have my very own that says "MOM" on top in sparkles. Suddenly, my stapler is staying put on my desk because the boys don't want to use a "girly" one. Very cute. The stickers come connected in lines, so you have to break off the number you want to create letters or a pattern. 200+ sitckers sounds like a lot but I had to improvise with different colors and sizes to get the look I wanted. Anyway, This was way better than I expected and more fun than any old stapler.

Think of it as a nice gift

It would too easy for me to criticize this idea. After all, anyone can glue jewels on a stapler, right? But, when I thought about it, I realized the true value of this packaging is that it would make a good gift. Think grandmother, aunt, your child's friend's birthday party, stocking stuffer. For $7 or so, you have the product and everything you need in one, easy to wrap package. Great for young girls, perhaps as a small gift when they start going to school. My 11 year really got into into decorating it. There's no way we would have decorated a stapler, otherwise. Now it's hers, with her design and she'll take care of it. The stapler itself is a basic, competent model, good for everyday use. The jewels were the right number and variety and the glue seems to be permanent. Just think ""gift.""
