Well built, problem-free operation

This X-ACTO hole punch is surprisingly well constructed given the price, and has performed with no problems at all. Although it's designed for 8 pages, I've managed to punch batches of 10 pages without any problems. The hole collector is easy to remove and empty, and it's quick to line up the paper before punching. It's much smaller than the previous 3-hole puncher I used, which is perfect for hiding it in the stationary draw when not in use.

good enough

It really is "economy" quality; it feels a little cheap and hole punches up to 6 or 8 papers. Any more than that, it's quite a struggle to punch holes through all the papers. Another thing I don't really like about this hole puncher is that the edges on the end (the ones that help you align the paper with the puncher) of it aren't tall enough. They're there, but not tall enough so that if you have a few pages, you can clearly see the alignment. Nevertheless, it does its job. If you plan on hole punching more pages on a frequent basis, I'd recommend getting one of the heavier duty hole punchers that cost around $20+.

Works Great!

This hole punch is SO handy. I get so many papers that I need to hole punch, either from my professors or that I've turned in and had handed back. I used to just stick them in the folder because I didn't feel like using my cheap binder hole punch on so many papers. I bought this because of that and it works great and it definitely makes my life a lot easier.
