This is the Rhin-O-Tuff 4012C4 Medium duty electric coil binding system. Everything you need to create a professional coil binding is in this system including FREE Crimping Pliers, with the exception of your coil and covers, which can be purchased separately for easy customization. The 4012C4 has an incredible punching power capacity of up to 30 sheets of 20 lb paper can be punched at one time with perfect and align holes.
