The SubliPro 3626 (480V/3Ph) Conveyer Sublimation Oven - 36" Belt, designed for high volume sublimation printing, is a solid choice for your business. This sublimation oven features a 26 ft long and 36 inches wide conveyor belt. The SubliPro 3626 can produce 300 to 500 mugs per hour and can sublimate on a variety of substrates: wide, tall, short, white, coloured, or black, up to a height of 8.5". HIX was able to narrow the temperature variation within the oven chamber to within 10-15°F using redesigned and repositioned heaters combined with advanced airflow circulation, which is sufficient to satisfy even the most demanding and unforgiving substrates (such as black mugs and top-to-bottom sublimation). The even temperature profile, larger door opening, advanced cooling system at the conveyer's exit end, and stainless steel belt are all significant improvements over our previous mug oven design.
