This Dial-a-Blade replacement is for use with the Swingline 3-in-1 Trimmer. To remove the old blade, push it to the center of the trimmer. This will give you some slack to gently pull the plastic blade carriage apart and remove the old blade. Thank you for your question. The Swingline SmartCut Perforator Straight Score Cartridge 1312PB is compatible with Swingline SmartCut 3-in-1 Dial-A-Blade Trimmer or GBC A200 Trimmer, it would not work with a model #1112 cutter.
