You will need about 3.5 cups of water and a cap full of this chill set solution to use properly in your Padmaster. Without chill set solution you may experience some technical difficulties with padding, such as excessive glue being applied to the pad (thick with length-wise streaks), the glue failing to hold the pad together upon delivery. Padmaster 2000 chill solution makes the glue "wetter" in your automated padding machine water pot, achieving a quicker glue set time. It changes the surface tension of the water, aiding in the set time and allowing he water wiper to do a better job. This part number 180323 from Brackett Inc includes four 4oz bottles of solution.
