Product Description
The CSTIDY-41 Pneumatic Grommet Press with Push Button transforms grommeting into an easy job you can complete faster and with more precision. The design puts a focus on convenience. Made with a lightweight, portable build, the machine is also easy and safe to use. It applies self-piercing or self-cleaning grommets to a wide range of materials like vinyl, corrugated plastic, industrial textiles, chipboard, and more. The unit doesn’t require an electrical source. An OSHA-compliant finger guard, slug collection drawer for the self-cleaning grommet dies, and a heavy-duty build complete the design. Also avilable in other two configurations: comes with foot pedal only (CSTIDY-41F), or with foot pedal and push button (CSTIDY-41A).
Please note: Die sets are required for use (sold separately). You need a die set for each grommet size you intent to use. Powered with standard shop air; compressor not included.

- Optional Accessory's:

- The "Grommet Sniper" improves the speed and accuracy while placing multiple grommets on the same piece of work. This industry first grommet alignment fixture is made exclusively to fit the CSTEP-2 professional hand press or CS-TIDY-41 pnumatic press. It lets users precisely space grommets 5/8" to 3" from the edge of their substrate and uniformly locate the distance between grommets from 2" to 24" apart. Simple to install and easy to use, this durable steel alignment fixture mounts onto the base and is fully adjustable. Featuring laser etched inch and metric markings for ease of adjustment, the GrommetSniper requires no special tools and once set can be locked into place using finger wing-nuts.
