Avery style refers to a familiar tab format and layout used for organized legal and business documents. It does not mean every numbered divider will match every existing set. Confirm the sheet size, tab position, number range, paper color, punching arrangement, and printed style before mixing tabs from different sources. Letter size side tabs are designed so the number remains visible along the outer edge of the document. If replacement tabs must blend into an existing file, match a physical sample for tab height, extension, type style, and paper tone. Small differences can become obvious when the sections are stacked together. Matching the format carefully preserves a consistent sequence and prevents labels from being hidden by covers or protectors.
