A type holder positions letters, numbers, or dies as a working assembly, while general accessories support storage, setup, cushioning, adjustment, or maintenance. The holder must match the machine, type size, line arrangement, and intended stamping area. Repeated use in the same location can create a permanent low spot even when the material still looks serviceable. Keep spare pads stored flat and away from heat, moisture, and contamination. When installing a replacement, confirm the dimensions and thickness because a small change can alter pressure settings. Run several samples on waste material and adjust gradually rather than applying full production pressure immediately.
