The 6800CS is an all-electric side sealer built for quiet, continuous inline operation at up to 70 packages per minute, which suits high-volume lines packaging similarly sized items repeatedly. L-bar sealers seal on two sides in an L-shaped cut and generally handle a wider variety of product shapes and sizes more easily than a continuous side sealer, which is optimized for one repeated format. If your line runs one consistent product size at high speed, the side sealer's throughput wins. For mixed or irregular product sizes, an automatic L-bar sealer offers more flexibility.

The R785 is built around a roll-fed bagging process with an adjustable load shelf rated for bags up to 13 inches, running up to 40 bags per minute in auto-cycle mode, which suits products within that size range needing individual bagging at meaningful volume. For products significantly larger than 13 inches, or for bundling multiple items together rather than bagging individually, a different Clamco system, such as an L-bar sealer or sleeve-style equipment, is a better match than forcing an oversized product through the R785's bag length limit.

The integrated label printer applicator prints and applies a label to each bag automatically during the bagging cycle, which removes a separate manual labeling step. This is useful for fulfillment or retail operations where every bagged item needs a shipping label, price tag, or barcode applied consistently. Without this option, bags come off unlabeled and require a separate labeling step afterward. If your bagged items don't need per-unit labels, or labeling happens at a different stage of your process, the standard R785 without the applicator is simpler and less expensive.

Heavy-duty tunnels like the 6T are built for larger, heavier production runs with high airflow and larger chamber dimensions, which is more capacity than a moderate-volume operation packaging smaller items typically needs. For smaller items at moderate volume, a compact tunnel or an integrated shrink chamber system uses less floor space and energy without leaving capacity unused. Match tunnel size to your actual product dimensions and daily volume rather than defaulting to the largest available model. For lighter shrink equipment better suited to smaller-scale operations, shrink wrap equipment covers a broader range of tunnel sizes.
