Half-letter sizes can suit manuals and booklets, letter size works for standard reports, legal size supports longer forms, and 11-by-17-inch sheets can serve large layouts or folded applications. A4 may be needed for internationally formatted documents. Confirm whether the sheets will remain loose, be folded, or be punched along the long or short edge. Covers and tabs should also match the finished dimensions. Buying the correct size reduces trimming and prevents the document from looking uneven once bound.

Colour consistency matters when salmon sheets are used for branded documents, recurring forms, coded sections, or sets produced over several months. Even small shade differences can become noticeable when pages from separate orders appear in the same document. Store paper in a clean, dry environment away from direct light and keep unopened reams protected until needed. Record the product details used for approved jobs rather than relying only on a general colour name. Salmon-coloured copier tabs may be used in related filing or document systems, but the exact shade and material can differ from standard binding paper.
