Product Description
For high-performance paper folding of digitally printed documents on heavy and coated stock, consider the FD 3302 Air Suction Folder. This compact tabletop unit features an air-suction feed technology that reduces static electricity. This technology also minimizes feed marks commonly found in traditional friction feed systems. The folder can process up to 18,600 sheets per hour, speeding up the process us a feed tray with a 625-sheet capacity. With its speed and power, the machine can cover a range of applications. A side air system is also included in the feeding system to handle heavier stocks and larger sheets of paper. It can fold documents up to 25.5” long in different weights. An extended infeed tray with variable fan speed and airflow can be adjusted independently using the interactive control panel and external adjustment knobs. User-friendly features include automatic paper size detection and fold plate settings, a 4.3” color touchscreen LCD control panel, six programmed fold settings, and the ability to store up to 30 custom folds. It also includes a cross folding guide, a four-digit counter with batch counting capability, four fold rollers for accuracy, and document security features.
