An important feature of the FD 8906CC is the unique front access waste bin that allows the shredder to be placed against a wall to save valuable space. The heavy-duty waste bin is mounted on casters for quick and easy disposal of shredded material and has two separated bins for easier handling of shredded material. The FD 8906CC control panel displays all of its automated features including an LED digital load indicator, auto start/stop, auto reverse, auto cleaning, and more. A key lock provides operational control of the shredder, the large safety bar located on the infeed table instantly stops the shredder when pressed, the Evenflo automatic oiler keeps the cutting blades oiled for optimum performance. The FD 8906B combines the power and features of the FD 8906CC with an output baler for more efficient disposal of shredded material. Shredded pieces move along the internal conveyor and into the baler which continually compacts the materials into a bale. A blue full indicator lights when the bale is ready for removal, use the baler control panel to electronically open the exit latch then lower the bale door the RAM forward button ejects the full bale into a plastic bag ready for easy disposal. Carefully remove the filled bag dispose and replace with a new bag. With the new bag in place, simply raise the door and electronically close the latch to continue shredding and baling.
