Really nice cutting motion. Unfortunatley a few of the rubber feet fell off in shipping. I called customer service at Foster Keencut and they were fully aware of the issue and suggested I glue them back on myself. One was missing so they said they would send me one rubber foot, and the guy on the phone was not really nice when I suggested if they know there is a problem they should come up with a solution. I guarantee more will falloff and this will be an ongoing issue. I wish they would figure out a way to permanently attach the feet.

Another downside to this cutter is it does not have a measurement grid like a rotatrim. They even require you to stick on the ruler sticker yourself, which is not very accurate, I had to stick and re-stick a few times to get it perfectly lined up.

Overall I like the cutting motion and two way cutting better than a rotatrim, but why did they NOT grid the whole aluminum base?
