The Wire-O Bind 5000 finishes documents at impressive speeds up to 920 cycles per hour. It is easy to set up and operate, accepting various formats with quick changeover from the touch screen control panel. This automatic industrial wire binding machine was also manufactured with operator safety in-mind.


Compatible with James Burn Wire-O® spools and cut wire cut with easy formatting and no mechanical adjustments required. Optional accessories expand the capabilities; an automatic hanger module allows for wall calendar making.

  • User Friendly – All size and format setups are instantly adjustable by touch screen digital keypad with no mechanical adjustments necessary. Wire- O® size changeovers are done in 2-5 minutes including spool replacement.
  • Ergonomic – The large table-top workstation helps reduce operator fatigue. A small footprint and rolling caster wheels mean it fits even in the tightest spaces, with no air required.
