Does this machine handle inserting 2" coils and do the binding sleeves work with books with tabs or can you use without the binding sleeve?

Thank you for your question. The Marlon EZ Flex 100 Coil Inserter does work with coils up to 2" in diameter. It would work with or without the aid of binding sleeves.
