How to Open a School Account

  1. Fill out your PO form
    • Include the best contact name, phone number, and email address for questions.
    • Include the name and email address for your payments/accounting department.
    • Include the shipping information.
    • Include sales tax.
  2. Email your PO to sales@mybinding.com
    • Your invoice will be emailed to the contact included on the PO.

Shipping Prices & Sales Tax

Shipping must be included on your purchase order. Your order may qualify for free shipping. Learn about our shipping pricing and policy here.

Sales tax must also be included on your purchase order. We are required by law to charge sales tax in many states across the U.S.A. If your company qualifies as a reseller or is exempt from sales tax, you must submit a valid exempt or resale form along with your first purchase order. Payment Terms

Schools are automatically set up on Net 30 Day Billing Terms.

ℹ️ Net 30 means payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. No upfront payment is required — your school will receive an invoice after the order is placed.
