Each pouch is made out of two sheets of laminate, pre-sealed on one end. That means our 7 mil pouches, include a sheet of that thickness on either side, resulting in a total pouch thickness of double that. Some manufacturers advertise 7 mil but only deliver 3.5 mil per sheet resulting in a lower quality lamination than if you had used 7 mil roll lamination. These are 5 x 7 inch Laminating Pouches! It nicely fits a 5 x 7 inch photo, to preserve the color and give durability to your photos. it's available in 3, 5, 7, and 10 mil thicknesses. Using a lamination pouch is simple: First open your pouch and insert your project, align all the edges so they are even. Then place the pouch into the carrier so they open the same way. The edge where the two sides meet is called the crease. Line up the carrier and pouch creases. With pouch in place, slide the carrier into your pouch laminator crease end first as seen here. When it's done, remove the carrier and unveil your beautiful new laminated project!
