These are Hanging File Storage Binders by Avery!
They have two tabs you can pull out to conveniently hang the binder into a file cabinet.
The rings won’t open with the tabs out, push them back in and then insert your pages.
If you didn’t notice already, this binder has no pockets.
It does have a label holder on the side—it’s actually a tight fit so it may be difficult to get a label in, but at least you know it’s secure.
Here is just a nice look at the design of the rings.
The plastic covers also have a leather like texture.
The main selling out for this binder is it’s ability to be used within a standard sized filing cabinet. Now you can easily store your binders in a nice orderly fashion.
