The Challenge Combination series of paper joggers are popular high production joggers designed for production environments and for use with larger sheet sizes. Challenge Combination paper joggers are available in three different table sizes: 20" x 26" (model 2026A), 24" x 36" (model 2436A) or 28" x 40" (model 2840A). These joggers can handle up to 4" lifts of paper and offer a versatile table that tilts from flat to 45 degrees. The tables on these Combination joggers can be fitted with accessory dividers for muliple lifts of smaller stock. Plus, Challenge Combination Paper Joggers are controlled with the unique "Dial A Jog" control providing adjustable jogging for nearly any application. They also offer a dual on/off control that is actuated either with the toggle switch on the machine base or by a foot switch for hands free operation.

Challenge Combination 2436A Paper Jogger Review

Challenge manufacturers some excellent paper joggers for use in a variety of work environments. For high-output ones, their Combination 2436A jogger is worth a look since it can jog more than 500 sheets at a time. Here's a look at what this machine can do as well as some advice as to whether it's worth the money.

The 2436A can jog a stack of paper that's up to 4 inches tall. That's well over 500 sheets of paper since a ream is about 2.5" ta11. Since this jogger can process so many sheets at once, it would be a great for high-output businesses and organizations.
This jogger has a tray that's 24" x 36", so you'll be able to work with large sizes of paper without any problems. If you want to work with smaller sheets (i.e. letter-sized ones), you can purchase a tray divider to make it easier. When you use the divider, you'll be able to process more paper at once which is very convenient.
The position of the tray can be easily adjusted depending on what paper you're working with. For example, the tray can either lay flat or it can tilt by up to 45 degrees. Just play around with the settings until you find one that's right for you.
The 2436A is equipped with Challenge's Dial-A-Jog that allows you to utilize the right settings for your documents. This feature really helps you have control over the entire process.
None of the Challenge Combination joggers come with stands, which is disappointing since these devices are so big. For example, the 2436A measures 14.5" (height) x 37" (width) x 25" (depth), so it's obviously going to take up a lot of room on your work surface. Challenge does make stands for these devices and they even have casters on them (a must since this device weighs 145 pounds), but they're sold separately.
This jogger is durably built and is constructed from both wood and metal. You can expect to be able to get a lot of use out of this device, so it's a good choice if you need something that can handle heavy-duty use.
The 2436A isn't too expensive so it will probably appeal to people who are looking to save some money. It comes with a one-year warranty so you can get any problems taken care of.
