The Challenge Combination series of paper joggers are popular high production joggers designed for production environments and for use with larger sheet sizes. Challenge Combination paper joggers are available in three different table sizes: 20" x 26" (model 2026A), 24" x 36" (model 2436A) or 28" x 40" (model 2840A). These joggers can handle up to 4" lifts of paper and offer a versatile table that tilts from flat to 45 degrees. The tables on these Combination joggers can be fitted with accessory dividers for multiple lifts of smaller stock. Plus, Challenge Combination Paper Joggers are controlled with the unique "Dial A Jog" control providing adjustable jogging for nearly any application. They also offer a dual on/off control that is actuated either with the toggle switch on the machine base or by a foot switch for hands free operation.

Challenge Machinery makes terrific, high-volume paper joggers that are perfect for aligning sheets and making sure they don't stick together. One of their machines is the Combination 2840A, a device with a really amazing jogging capacity. Here's a review of this jogger so you can determine if it's right for you.

The 2840A has a very large table. It measures 28" (length) x 40" (width) x 4" so it's perfect for larger pieces of paper including tabloid-sized sheets which are 11" x 18". Since the table is 4" deep, you'll be able to jog hundreds of sheets at once, making this machine perfect for heavy-duty use.
Although this machine's table is very large, it can be use to jog smaller pieces of paper. To do so, you'll need a divider (sold separately) so the sheets don't end up going all over the place. Also, when you use a divider this device's jogging capacity goes up so you'll be able to jog many more sheets at once.
This jogger's table can be tilted up to 45 degrees. It can also lay flat, so you'll be able to choose which position works better for you and the paper you're jogging.
The 2840A comes equipped with a convenient Dial-A-Jog feature. This allows you to have total control over the machine and select the setting that's right for your paper.
There are other devices in the Combination series if you're looking for a jogger with a smaller table. The 2026A's table measures 20" x 26" while the 2840A's measures 28" x 40". That way, you can still enjoy Challenge quality while having a jogger that more closely meets your needs.
This machine can be activated by either a foot pedal or a toggle switch. Using the foot pedal will enable you to keep your hands free while your paper is being jogged.
