These are Color-Bar Badge Holders! They have a colored bar on the top of the holder, and the rest is clear to display your card, which loads from the top. Attach a lanyard or badge reel with virtually any attachment, like this bulldog clip and vinyl strap. Or thread a chain in through the two small holes.
