This size glue strip will bind up to about 500 sheets of standard paper stock. The strips are about 10-1/4" long and ideal for letter size binding for 8-1/2" x 11" pages. You can easily cut them shorter with scissors, if needed; just make sure to leave space on each end to allow the glue to spread without seeping out of the cover. How to Use Coverbind Glue Strips
Using the Coverbind On-Demand glue strips is simple! Just follow these steps:
- Print all of your documents, including your covers (if applicable)
- Score your cover to create the spine size of your choice
- Place the glue strip into the spine, cutting it shorter, if needed
- Insert your pages into the cover and jog them straight
- Place your cover into your Coverbind thermal binding machine
- Remove from machine and allow to cool completely before opening or handling (10 minutes recommended)
