The Cut-True DDC50 Automatic High-Speed Digital Die Cutter enables fast, on-demand production of custom packaging, displays, kiss-cut labels, and other uniquely shaped applications with precise edge quality and minimal setup. It uses QR Code recognition to automatically process mixed jobs in a single stack, cutting and creasing sheets up to 350 microns thick into virtually any shape. Key features include a dual-action cutting and creasing head, high-capacity vacuum belt feeder, Cut-True Pro Production Studio software, a touchscreen control panel, and a freestanding PC workstation for streamlined operation. Available Accessories: #05FXDDC5010: Blade Holder holds blades sturdily in place allowing for exact cuts. Easily swap out blades as needed for quick project set up. Have an extra blade head on hand in the unlikely event of a break to prevent project downtime. #05FXDDC5020: Blade Holder Position 2 increases productivity and functionality of your machine. Adding this additional holder allows for two-blade cutting nearly doubling output. It also is required for use of the creasing tool unlocking the crease functionality of your machine. #05FXDDC5030: Creasing Tool allows you to crease your projects for the ultimate finish. This tool requires Blade Holder Position 2 for use. #05FXDDC5040: Pen Tool lets you draw on your projects with the same precision as the blades. Mark projects and create custom designs with ease. #05FXDDC5050: Felt Cutting Strips are necessary for maintaining a professional, clean cut. When the included strip shows wear and tear, replace it as soon as possible to decrease blade damage and dulling from hitting the metal surface of the machine. Maintaining your cutting strips is essential for making blades last longer. #05FXDDC5060: 30-Degree Blade is designed specifically for cutting the thinnest materials, around .0055” or 140 microns thick. 30° design ensures the perfect amount of the blade is hitting the material for a clean cut every time. #05FXDDC5070: 45-Degree Blade is designed to cut medium-sized materials, around .0093” or 245 microns thick. 45° design ensures the right amount of blade touches the material for a clean cut every time. #05FXDDC5080: 60-Degree Blade is designed to cut the thickest materials, around .013” or 350 microns thick.
