Conveniently laminates items up to 18" including mount boards, posters, menus, letter/legal documents, photos, badges, luggage tags and business cards. Laminates 1.5 mil - 10 mil thermal pouches. Provides variable temperature and speed utilizing with a digital keypad and LCD readout, including a cold lamination setting. Welcome to MyBinding video. This is the GBC HeatSeal H700pro Pouch Laminator. When first turning on the machine, it automatically sets to the cold setting. For this demonstration, we'll be using a carrier. The system will heat up to 266 degrees and set for the appropriate roller speed. The laminating guide tells you which heat and speed to use for each lamination setting. When laminating pouches, place your sheet in and align for correct margins. Next, place the pouch into the carrier. The carrier protects the machine from any excessive adhesive from the pouch. Next, begin the lamination process. Remove the carrier from the back and your lamination is complete. The real magic of this machine lies in LCD and button pad. You can change the temperature, measure what temperature the system is currently at, change the speed and the rollers and even use cold lamination and to avoid problems, the reverse button backs the project out of the machine.
