LGYF-200AX Induction Sealer - Automatically seal an aluminum laminated liner to plastic containers with caps. Seal is hermetic and provides a tamper proof product.
Features:

-Adjustable speed on conveyor (up to 472 inches/minute).
-Voltage is 220V; facilities with only 110V will need and external transformer (not included).
Turn on the power switch to start cooling fan. Allow cooling fan to run for 5-10 seconds before turning on the seal switch.
Adjust knob on front of machine for the sealing diameter of the cap.
Adjust the knob for the height of the bottle. Height of the sealing head should be 1-3mm above the top of the bottle.
Place bottles on the conveyor; bottles will exit the conveyor with a hermetic seal.
Remider: This induction sealer requires 220V voltage. Operators in the United States with only 110V facilities must purchase an external transformer which is not included.
