This SealerSales W-600T 24" Double Impulse Foot-Operated Sealer is ideal for sealing thicker materials including some tubes. This sealer has a 5mm seal width, and is capable of sealing materials up to 24" wide and 20mil total thickness. The W-600T is equipped with a single and double sealing selector switch provides flexibility of sealing various types of materials. Depending on the thickness of the material, the user has the choice of 1 or 2 elements for top and bottom heating. Easy to operate:
Set the timer. In sert the bag between the two sealing bars and press down on the foot board. Hold down the foot board for an additional 2-3 seconds after the timer light goes off to set the seal.

Turn on machine and set your seal settings. Choose single or double seal. Single-only one heating element is heated for standard materials. Double- two heating elements (bottom and top) are heated for thicker materials. Place item in between the jaws. Press down on the foot board. Be sure to hold the foot board down an additional couple od seconds after lights goes off to congeal your seal. To seal thicker materials like tubes, choose the double seal switch.
