These high quality White 1/2" 3:1 Pitch Twin Loop Wires are some of the best wire binding spines on the market today. Also called Wire-O, WireBind, and Double Loop Wire, these white 1/2" 3:1 pitch elements let pages lie flat with 360 Degrees rotation for convenient note-taking and photocopying as well as provide a permanent bind to your documents--meaning your pages stay secure and protected. Not only that, but these white 1/2" 3:1 pitch wire spines look a tad more refined than a plastic comb or spiral coil. Measuring 1/2" in diameter, these white twin loop wires can hold approximately 80-100 sheets. These white 1/2" 3:1 pitch twin loop wires come open in a "C" shape, allowing you to insert the spines into your punched pages and then simply use your wire binding machine or wire closer to finish your books. Everything There Is To Know About Twin Loop Wire Video
Transcript :
Welcome to MyBinding video. This is everything you need to know about Twin Loop Wire. First there are sizes ranging from 3/16 of an inch to 1 1/2". There are many sizes of wire, which can hold up to 300 pages. And a great benefit to twin loop wire is that pages lay flat. Better yet, it folds nicely back to back. There are 2 standard pitch sizes: 2:1 and 3:1. 2:1 is better for larger size books while 3:1 is better for smaller ones and there are custom pitches for when you find yourself with a different punch. The standard length of wire is 11 inches and again there are custom lengths for when you need it. And like most bindings, there are several different colors to choose from. It is important that your wire works with your punch and wire binding machine. First check what type of wire your machine uses before purchasing and that is twin loop wire.
