These are Color-Bar Badge Holders! They have a colored bar on the top of the holder, and the rest is clear to display your card, which loads from the top. Attach a lanyard or badge reel with virtually any attachment, like this bulldog clip and vinyl strap. Or thread a chain in through the two small holes. Now I will note that these two designs load your card differently, one loading from the back, and the other the front. They are very flexible and light weight.
