Rollover Flexi is the new, flexible addition to the Rollover range of Flatbed Applicators . Comprising all the essential qualities of the existing line of Rollover Classic Flatbed Applicators, this unit also offers quick dismantling to facilitate entering of premises having difficult access. The Rollover Flexi represents our well known high level of quality, craftmanship and durability. Having no overhead gantry above the roller, the access to media and substrates while working is superior.
Rollover Flexi 55" x 113" Flatbed Applicator is ideal for rigid panel application and laminating digital prints. Applying digital prints and other self-adhesive applications on rigid panels such as composite board, acrylic, aluminum etc., is just one of the areas where Rollover Flexi reveals its excellent properties in results and operations. Substrates up to 3.5 inches can be handled for perfectly flat applications without bubbles or creases in a minimum of time, and waste is minimized.
Optimal ergonomic work positions have been the basis for the design. Being able to comfortably operate the laminator with one hand while having free access to roller, media and tabletop, results in smooth and effective handling.
Illuminated glass tabletop and special cutting mat will improve accuracy and control in operation, and also make the Rollover a perfect work place for many other tasks of the trade. The Rollover is extremely user-friendly, and the operator can learn how to use it in less than one hour thanks to the detailed Manual supplied on delivery. Flexible extra media-holders and side trays facilitate numerous applications and handling of oversize media. The gap between roller and tabletop accomodates different substrates up to 3.5" thick. With Rollover Flexi 61" x 132" Flatbed Applicator, jobs that used to require two people can now be completed in an equal or faster time with one person.

When developing the Rollover, we recognize the need for a faster more reliable hands-on method of laminating and applying prints so we built a machine that would do exactly that. As well as been a flatbed applicator, the Rollover also provides a handy work surface, even when you're not laminating your mounted prints the outlet table is great to work on particularly when precision and alignment are required. After using the rollover you'll find it difficult to imagine how you ever managed without one, the Rollover’s build quality is second to none, every component is precisely manufactured and finished, our skill staff are trained to assemble each rollover to perfect working order, and every machine is calibrated and tested before delivering. This in turn gives Rollover owners great security knowing that their machine is built to last. Our production line is very flexible as well as offering factory-built standard specification machines. There are lots of options and extras available for the Rollover, we work specifically to our customer's requirements so custom sized modified machines can be manufactured.
