Product Description
The Safety Speed SR5UA ACM is a vertical panel saw and router all in one. A big brother of SR5A ACM, the SR5UA ACM is equipped with a heavier duty worm drive motor, a 3-1/4 Hp router motor and aluminum material rollers. This unit is designed for accurate cutting and V-Grooving of ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) panels.
It has a special floating router with a nylon guide that ensures a constant cut depth. The saw was designed with maximizing efficiency in mind, and it just takes a minute to convert it to a router. Additionally, it has a dust collection system in place to catch waste when routing and cutting. With an endless number of rip cuts, this panel saw can crosscut materials up to 62" wide and up to 1-3/4" thick. Additionally, it has a halfway divider, which makes processing smaller panels much simpler. With the Safety Speed SR5UA ACM Panel Saw and Router Combo, creating ACM Panels is simple.
