Tamerica Omega-4in1 Electric Binding Machine With 4 dies

This is the Tamerica Omega-4in1 Electric Binding Machine—and it comes with all 4 die pieces!

The machine comes with four interchangeable dies, including coil, comb, 3:1 wire, and 2:1 wire. Unscrew the front and pull them out the side, then slide your other one in.

You can check the depth of margin for larger or smaller bindings. Pull and push the small tab to change it.

Next, flip the switch to punch.

Adjust the edge guide appropriately. Then do a test punch. You’ll probably see one hole get cut off. To fix this, find the correct pin and pull it up to disengage it.

You can control the punch with the foot pedal or the red button in the front. Now the pattern looks pretty good!

Now I’m going to continue to make my coil book(I’ll be showing all bindings). Punch up to 20 pages at a time.

With my book all put together, twist your coil into a about four holes by hand. Flip the front switch to “bind” and use the foot pedal or button to activate the roller. Place the coil on until it spins through your entire project.

Now, with the provided coil crimpers, cut off the extra coil. Make sure the red dot is face up toward you. Do this to both sides. Then it’s done.

Now, for comb, insert your binding in the top, and open it up with the left lever. While you make your punches with the comb die, thread your pages in face down. Close the binding and remove your finished project.

For wire, insert the correct size wire in the front. Punch your covers and place them face to face, feeding them into the wire with the back cover on bottom. Continue to punch and thread all your pages in.

On the right is a wire size adjuster for the clamp—turn it to the correct size.

Place your wire in the clamp with the open end down inside and pull the right lever al the way. Flip the front cover back and your wire book is finished.

If the wire is pressed unevenly, adjust this smaller knob to skew the press plate appropriately.

And, when you see the waste tray is full, pull it out and empty it out in the trash!

That about covers the entire machine!
