Hole cutting dies make clear cut holes and can punch a variety of material. Grommet setting dies guarantee perfect grommet attachment quality. When used together, these diese make perfect grommet application on various substrates including curtains, tarpaulins, drapery, and home textiles as well as tough fabrics, leather, and more. For high production shops, separate presses are used for hole cutting and grommet attachment. This allows several staff to work on a job faster and continuously without changing dies. Alternatively, for smaller projects, a single press can be used. Simply change out dies once hole cutting is done. This is actually a popular option in smaller shops with limited manpower.
