This is the Carl 12" Professional 15 Sheet Rotary Trimmer. First off, there are measurements everywhere on this trimmer. Both in inches and centimeters. There is also common sizes laid out already on the board. There is a convenient handle for easy transporting. You can also store extra pads in the compartment below. To change out the blade, twist the handle and pull out the cartridge. Pop out the blade. If you have other blades you can store them in the compartment at the bottom of the board. Snap the new blade in, you may have to rotate the nut inside so it fits.
