Punches through up to 40 sheets of 20 lb. bond paper. Padded handle cushions hands for easier punching of stacks of paper. Oversized handle for easy open handed punching. Pre-set to punch 9/32" diameter holes to fit a standard 3-ring binder. This Master MP50 Medium Duty 3-Hole Punch has an adjustable ruled paper guide, non-skid feet to keep it in place while punching, lock down handle for storage and safety, large capacity paper chip pan and is made with heavy-gauge steel construction.

From time to time, pull off the bottom pad to empty out the trimmings in the trash or recycle. And it easily pushes back into place.
