Q: How can I get the best punching results?
Even though this machine can punch up to 20 sheets, we recommend sticking to 15 for cleaner punches and longer machine life. Also, be sure to empty the chip tray regularly to keep things running smoothly.
Q: What should I do if the machine jams?
If you hit a jam, just flip the reverse switch on the back. It will reset the punching dies so you can easily clear out the paper and get back to binding.
Q: Does this machine come with an electric coil crimper?
Not with this model. It includes manual crimping pliers. If you're looking for an electric option, check out our standalone crimping machines.
