Product Description
This nifty little binding system by Carl is called the Ring Ring. The Ring Ring punches square holes in up to 5 sheets of paper at a time. It's small compact size, only 6", fits in any bag or drawer. The Ring Ring is a great choice for crafters or hobbyist, looking to make their own personalized books. The Carl Ring Ring binding system works with spiral coil.
It’s a handing little hole punch to punch small projects like, say notepads and flip books up to 6” wide.
Flip the paper holder up and insert up to 5 sheets at a time. Line it up on the groove side as directed.
Then flip the paper fitter to the bottom. Pushing it correctly snaps into place so it’s not dangling.
Then take the hole punch piece and punch left to right, joining the punch guides together.
Do this as many times as your project requires. and continue with more sheets if you project is larger than 5 sheets.
The punch has an opening and closing switch, I recommend opening it while pressing down on the top so it doesn’t snap open—rather violently.
Open the waste compartment from time to time and empty it.
This punch works in inch increments. Measuring your projects in only inches ensures you don’t punch on the edge of you sheets.
The paper holder is magnetic, and holds your pages in when you don’t exceed the maximum amount.
Next you can thread 3:1 coil into the holes by hand or with a separate machine.
Once coil is threaded all the way through, cut off the extra with coil cutting crimpers which is also sold separate(or find some other way to bend it appropriately). Do so on both sides.
Because the holes are square and 3:1, you can even bind your projects with ProClick spines and cut off the extra. This way your projects are easily editable.
Not only that, you can even use 3:1 twin loop wire! Flip the back cover on top of the front cove, then thread your pages in and either pinch it closed by hand or use a separate crimping machine to close the project up.
Flip the back cover over for a more presentable booklet.
I use this on small one off binding projects (orchestral scores) and this matches my requirements perfectly. Delivery was faster than estimated - three days instead of five.

I live in Malaysia and finally after searching through so many sites I found it here. It is the cheapest I could find. It's super well made. Been using it for a month now and it works flawlessly.
