Formax 2300 series production pressure sealers. Formax 2300 series production pressure sealers are designed to handle high volume jobs with ease and dependability. Fully automated settings for quick and easy setup, and speeds of up to 43,000 forms per hour, set the industry standard for speed and production capabilities.
The 2300 series offers three in-feed options: the FT 2300 utilizes an air feed system with a loading capacity of up to 500 forms, the FD2300 EXT utilizes an extended air feed system that offers a capacity of up to 2500 forms, and the FD2350 utilizes a pile feed system with a total capacity of up to 3,500 loaded forms. Each model has a centrally located color touch screen which allows users to set fold type, form length, and speed.
State-of-the-art automated features make job changes quick and accurate, and up to 200 custom jobs can be programmed and stored into memory. Heavy-duty fold plates are designed to handle a variety of fold types, while the rugged combination of steel and polyurethane fold rollers provide durability in a production environment. Four-fold plates are used to offer flexibility in both folding and the output sequence of processed forms.
To operate the 2300 series, begin by switching on the main power. Next, load forms onto the feeder, then use the control panel to easily select your job settings. Press the feeder activation button followed by the green and red folder start button, then the feeder start button to begin feeding forms. Finally, adjust the desired processing speed.
Watch how the feeder slowly rises as the forms are being fed. As the forms exit the seal rollers, notice how they're stacked in a neat sequential order on the adjustable output conveyor. The conveyor has its own set of controls which make it easy to unload the processed mail-ready pieces.
These features make the 2300 series the ideal solution for Fortune 500 companies and mail houses requiring heavy-duty industrial equipment for fast and reliable performance. The Formax 2300 series clearly sets the standard for high volume pressure seal processing
