They consist of a circular saw, a sturdy frame for holding the workpiece, and a guided track for precise cutting. Unlike a table saw, where the workpiece moves past the cutting blade, a panel saw remains stationary while the saw moves across it.

The C5 Vertical Panel Saw is a portable 5’ frame that retains all the functionality of full-size saws. This model can cut materials up to 1.75 inches thick and has a maximum crosscut of 64 inches and a rip cut of 96 inches. For smaller crosscut needs, the Safety Speed C4 offers a maximum crosscut of 50 inches.

Vertical panel saws are built with numerous safety features to minimize operator error. They are designed for cutting MDF, plywood, and other sheet materials in a secure and controlled manner. Thanks to their vertical design, these saws can efficiently handle large sheets.
