- IR Safety Curtain. The IR light beam safety curtain covers the work area to ensure the highest level of operator safety.
- Electronic Hand Wheel. The electronic hand wheel, with infinitely variable speed control, is used for manual back gauge positioning.
- Easy Cut Blade Activation Bars. Patented EASY CUT blade activation bars ensure true, two-hand operation and allow blade and clamp to be activated independently.
- Programmable Back Gauge The control module for the power back gauge can store 99 programs with up to 99 steps in each.
- Tool Holder. Convenient, drop-in tool holder is located on the rear of the machine and keeps all tools necessary for routine maintenance (including blade changes) within reach.
- Safe Blade Changes. Blade changes can be made without removing the machine covers. The handy blade changing device covers the cutting edge of blade.

- A barcode is automatically created that can be scanned for error-free job recall on the Triumph cutter.

- VRCUT Controller:
- Current step and cut-line indicator arrow are highlighted in the upper left and hand corner.
- A prominent arrow is displayed if the current step requires a rotation action from the operator.

It’s so easy and simple to use, that you don’t need to spend time or money giving each user training. It’s easy to see why this high-performance and heavy-duty cutting machine is preferred worldwide because of the self-guiding touch screen, user safeguards, and bonus features. I cut with confidence and ease every time I use the MBM 5260 Triumph Cutter.
Features:
This paper cutting machine is easy and safe to use. Because of its user safeguards, I never have to handle the blade, even when it's time to replace it. I can remove the blade from the side without using the cutter. There’s also a clear cover on the rear table and the disc brake will instantly stop if it detects something crosses the threshold.
The MBM 5260 Triumph Cutter is the best paper cutter option for medium-sized, in-house copy shops or commercial print shops. Its capacity to pre-program up to 99 jobs, 15 various cuts, and ease of use for even novice users make it an asset to your team.
If you have a tiny shop or don't cut more than a few hundred pages every day, this paper cutting machine is not for you. This paper cutter is also not for those who can't stand about while the task is being done because it requires an operator to be nearby to monitor the process. Finally, I would not recommend this electric paper cutter for a shop that does not require the VR cut program. VR cut software may be useful for folks who require or prefer more direction.
Construction:
To begin with, the MBM 5260 is not suitable for low-volume shops. It takes up some space, as does the stand that it comes with. It's large since it can cut up to 750 sheets at maximum widths of 20-3/8". Built with all metal parts and a superb German-built blade.
