With electronic operation, they quickly and accurately cut paper stacks up to 3.15 inches high at paper sizes up to 18.9 inches wide. The 27S features an automatic paper clamp to securely hold the paper stack. Simply press the clamp and blade buttons to engage and watch as the hardened steel blade effortlessly cuts the paper stack. Making adjustments for various paper sizes and cuts is easy with the combination of a hand crank, LED display, and LED laser line. Use the hand crank to adjust the back gauge and make fine tuning adjustments with the digital LED display on the front panel. The hardened steel blade is designed to last cut after cut so safety is also a standard feature. The Cut-True 27S utilizes two buttons to activate the cutter. Both buttons must be pushed at the same time to lower the paper clamp and cutting blade. The transparent Plexi glass cover encloses the blade during the cutting process and when in the open position, it locks the blade mechanism in place preventing the blade from being lowered. The Cut-True 27A automatic programmable cutter. The 27A automatic cutter features programmable job settings. And infrared light beam safety curtain and an LCD touch screen control panel for quick and easy setup and operation. For a basic cutting job, simply load paper. Choose between metric and standard measurements on the control panel then set the cut size. Dual push buttons engage the automatic clamp which holds the paper stack securely in place while the LED laser line lets you see exactly where the blade will cut. To program a frequently used cutting job, select the job number to be created. Choose cut length settings, then save. The 27A has the capacity to save up to 99 jobs with up to 30 cuts each. Program jobs automatically adjust the back gauge after each cut doing the work for you as shown here. And with the infrared safety curtain, there’s no need to repeatedly raise and lower a safety cover. The safety curtain automatically stops operation if the light plane is interrupted and immediately restores operation once the cutting area is clear providing a more streamlined process between cuts. The Cut-True 27A also includes repeat cut and divided cut as standard features. By selecting repeat cut, the same cut size can be performed in succession without having to program each individual cut size. The divided cut feature makes quick work of programming jobs with even cut sizes. Simply enter the paper size to be cut and the number of cuts. The 27A will then create the job with the correct measurements. The 27A also features an advanced divided cut mode which makes it quick and easy to program jobs with bleeds and gutters. The Cut-True 27S and 27A each comes standard with a rugged metal stand that has a shelf for convenient storage. When using Cut-True cutters, safety is the top priority. Along with the operating safety features, the blade is safely removed with the blade change tool. Cutting sticks are also easy to replace.
