The James Burn BB520P Speedbind is a high speed automatic punch and wire bind machine that will punch and bind your calendars in-line providing top productivity levels and offers a quick return investment for your wall calendar requirements. Specially designed for wall calendars, it has an integrated forming device designed to make calendar hangers out of straight rods. Calendars to be bound can be fed from a high pile feeder or directly by the operator.

The BB520P Speedbind has production speed ranging from 1.000 to 3.000 calendars per hour depending on the specific format. Simple to operate, it allows high productivity and quality finishing of calendars up to 20.5" x 31.5" (520 x 800mm). The user-friendly control panel makes it easy to program and all mechanical adjustments as well as the punching and closing tools are easily accessible.

The BB520P Speedbind is a production machine for large runs yet remains versatile. The operator can de-activate the punching module or the hanger feeder module and use the optional nail hole punching module for wall calendars with suspension holes.
