With the Plockmatic BM60 Booklet Maker, you can produce an 88-page booklet at a rate of 1800 per hour.This machine is made for hand feeding and is compact and straightforward to use. It can saddle staple 22 sheets of 80gsm paper and side and corner staple documents. By simply switching the stapler head, this versatile machine can also produce booklets with loop stapling. A6 to A4 sized booklets can be produced using sheets that range in weight from 60gsm to 250gsm and from SRA3 to A5. From the operator panel, a number of features can be activated or deactivated, including manual or automatic mode, stapling off for folding only or folding off for stapling only.Additionally, the BM60 can be linked to the Morgana Squarefold 104, which improves the booklet's appearance by square folding the spine to make it appear flatter and more like a perfect-bound book.
