Running at a maximum speed of 20 feet per minute with 4" heat rollers, the Spire III 44T machines is fast and retain heat better for longer runs. Even beginners will find the Spire III easy-to-use with a user-friendly control panel and auto grip, easy-load supply shafts for no-hassle film loading. Designed with an eye for increasing versatility, a 2" mounting gap allows for mounting of thicker substrates while optional unwinds and rewinds and roll-to-roll capabilities can be easily added later.

Two drop in auto-grip supply shafts and one multi-core media supply shaft require no adjustment and allow you to easily load media in core sizes from 2" to 3" plus additional auto-grip and multi-core media shafts can be added later when demand requires. Swing out front feed table and extra large fixed rear feed table make changing rolls and feeding hassle free. After the film is loaded, the simple intuitive control panel is visible from all sides of the machine letting you set the proper adjustments for your project easily and without strain. The infinite crank handle with scale indicator for gap and LED pressure readout guarantee operator comfort and quality output. Equipped with an infrared safety device in the main rollers, there's no need to worry about operator injury during the lamination process. 4" heated rollers ensure the machine retains heat even during longer runs and the chill idler roller allows you to created heat sensitive applications without waves or wrinkles. The Spire III 64 and 44T come with one upper front unwind, one upper front rewind, and one bottom front unwind. Additionally, you can add one lower front unwind, one top rear rewind, and one lower rear rewind. The upper front rewind removes release liner on pressure-sensitive applications and the bottom rear rewind allows for roll-to-roll applications such as long banners and vehicle graphics. It is also equipped with side brakes and clutch to create the proper tension for your film and media. Independently controlled upper and lower heat rollers allow for multiple film gauges and PSA films to be running concurrently to save you time and energy.
