This Keencut Evolution3 E3SF160 SmartFold 64" Cutter swings down for under-bench storage to leave work surface clear. Its unique design features make accurate cutting easier, making it the ultimate tool for a busy production environment. The Evolution3 is guaranteed to cut within .008″ of a straight line for the length of the cut. The Lift-and-Hover saves time and avoids mistakes, allowing users to line up their cuts quicker and more accurately. The site line strip enables operators to see exactly where the cut line is. The stainless steel slideway track and rollers on the QuikSwap tool heads provide a very strong and steady movement up and down the machine, with very little sideways motion that could misalign the cut. This Keencut Evolution3 64" SmartFold Cutter is perfect for cutting up to 1/2" thick materials such as foam boards, banners, corrugated plastic, paper, tissue, card, fabric & textiles, inkjet media, pvc booard (up to 10mm thick),and acrylic (score & snap up to 1/4″). Single-handed, fast accurate alignment Two unique features enable single-handed, fast and accurate alignment of all materials irrespective of thickness. The Lift-and-Hover system enables the clamping bar to be easily raised and then lowered so it hovers just above the material surface. The anti-sag mechanism means the cutter bar can be suspended exactly parallel to the media surface over the whole length of the cut with zero sag, even on the longest sized cutter. |

The versatile Rocker head The optional Rocker tool head is the latest addition to the QuikSwap range. It is a versatile general-purpose tool for cutting materials such as banners, cardboard and foamboard up to 10mm (3/8″). The ergonomic design follows the natural curvature of your hand and offers maximum comfort for everyday cutting. It also provides two-way cutting – pulling to cut lighter weight materials and pushing for those that require more effort. For those who occasionally cut aluminium composite panels, such as Dibond or Alupanel, the Rocker head can be fitted with the Tech-D.012 blade. Cutting strip included The SmartFold includes an integral polymer cutting strip for textiles and fragile materials. A simple push button at each end of the bar allows the cutter to be set on any of four cut lines, extending the life of the strip. There is no need for a separate cutting mat. |
Clear bench Within a few seconds, you can fold the SmartFold down to clear your bench for other work and then simply flip it back up ready for action. |
