Tamerica EZ-Wire 34 Manual 3:1 Wire Punch and Bind Machine

Welcome to MyBinding.com. This is the EZ-Wire34 Manual Wire Binding Machine from Tamerica. The EZ-Wire34 allows you create your own comb bound booklets quickly and cost effectively. Start by setting the machine for the type and size of booklet you want to make. The orange edge guide has a marker for A4 paper with 34 holes, and 11” paper with 32 holes. On the left side there’s depth guide knob to adjust how far in the paper is punched. On the right side there is a knob to adjust for wire size, but for now we want it on punch. Always punch a test page before punching your printed pages. Looks good on both sides, but sometimes you can get a half punch on the edge. Just pull out the pins above those holes to disengage them and try another test page to make sure. Then punch your pages 15 at a time and if your covers are thick, do them separately. Set your wire spine into the metal teeth from the back, then set your booklet into the wire loops. Carefully remove the spine from the metal teeth and place into the slot in the top. Set the knob on the right to the correct wire thickness and give one more stoke with the handle. There you have it, in just a couple minutes you’ve made a lasting, professional wire booklet. After you’ve made a few, don’t forget to empty the waste tray. The EZ-Wire34 can bind booklets up to 120 pages and each machine comes with a 1 year warranty.
