With its heavy-duty punch motor, built-in wire closer and complete system of functions, this Akiles WireMac-EX makes wire binding fast, easy, convenient and professional. This heavy duty all-metal constructed Akiles WireMac-EX can punch upto 25 sheets of 20lb paper , has fully disengageable punch pins, and has a 14" punch throat with open ends for longer documents and continuous punch guide. Introducing the Akiles Wiremac-EX, a heavy duty electric wire binding machine with a built-in wire closer. If youš™re looking for an electric wire punching machine, look no further. Powered by a heavy duty motor and heat-treated steel dies, the Akiles Wiremac-EX is the machine you can rely on to get the job done. The Wiremac-EX is available in a 3:1 pitch which punches three holes per inch or a 2:1 pitch which punches two holes per inch. It punches up to 25 sheets at a time with fully disengageable dies. The Wiremac-EX has a 14š single punching length with open ends and a continuous punch guide to accommodate oversized documents. Depth margin knob allows you to control the distance of the holes from the edge of the paper. The waste drawer holds the punched chips for easy waste removal. Letš™s bind a project. First you have your front and back covers and your document. Use a sample sheet of paper to align the side margin and disengage the end die to avoid a partial hole at the end of the paper. Set the wire selector to the appropriate wire size. Hang your wire on the wire hanger with the narrow loops towards you. Face your back cover on top of your top cover punch and insert the covers and continue to punch and insert your documents. Once the pages are inserted, lower the book with the wire facing down on the wire closer then pull the handle to close the wire. Turn the back page to hide the wire seal and you now have a perfect wire bound book. The Akiles Wiremac-EX comes with a 1 year warranty. Broke down after 2 weeks of using.

No issues, a little squaky imo but does a good job at punching holes and the wite binding feels very nice

Love the machine I purchased! The only tiny complaint is that I didn't receive a shipping notice with tracking. I had to contact the company, but they sent it by email in just a few minutes. I would buy from this company again.

Great machine/ Great Company

I’m so glad I found this machine!! It punches through my chipboard covers to make my journals. It seems very durable and well made. I Know it seems like a lot of money but, it’s well worth it. I’ve tried the other machines that are cheaper on Amazon and they just don’t do the job like this one does. You won’t be disappointed.
