The Formax OnSite FD 8602SC is a high performance strip-cut shredder that combines document security with convenience, safety and reliability. This version has an extra-wide 16" feed opening and has an easy-to-use LED control panel that put the power right at your fingertips. It can shred up to 37 sheets at a time, up to 22 feet per minute, with a shred size of 5/32" x 1 1/5". The motor and steel cutters are high quality and will last a long time. The cutters rarely need to be oiled and the motor has minimal noise, so it won't be bothersome to employees. There is an auto-cleaning button if your shredding capacity falls down. And everyone knows that a shredder will sometimes jams---if it happens, this machine has an auto-reverse to avoid nasty headaches. All in all, the Formax OnSite FD 8602SC is ideal for busy professionals or for the small home office.
